Shipping policy

All of our items are hand printed to order by Tom in South Yorkshire, UK.

We aim to print, gift wrap and dispatch orders within 5–7 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

UK orders: usually 1–3 working days after dispatch.

EU orders: usually 3–5 working days after dispatch via Royal Mail International services.

USA & Canada orders: usually 5–7 working days after dispatch via Royal Mail International services. Royal Mail’s delivery aim for worldwide tracked parcels, including the USA and Canada, is currently 5–7 working days.

Rest of world: delivery times vary by destination and postal service.

For EU customers, this means your order will usually arrive within approximately 8–12 working days from the date you place your order, allowing for both our hand-printing time and the postal delivery time.

For USA and Canada customers, this means your order will usually arrive within approximately 10–14 working days from the date you place your order, allowing for both our hand-printing time and the postal delivery time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by customs checks, busy postal periods, weather, or local postal delays. If there are any unexpected delays with your order, we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with any available tracking details.
