Don't Be a Dare Devil... Please folks, don't choose a work address for your delivery address - We have lots of non delivery/missing items to business addresses (it's like the Bermuda triangle!) And we can't send out a replacement if this happens. Don't be a dare devil - get it sent to a home address!
Items returned to us due to incorrect addresses/non collection will be charged postage again for re posting.

European delivery times: Usually take between 7-9 working days from the shipping date.
America, Australia & rest of the world: Usually takes 10-14 working days from the shipping date.
We try our best to post items out asap, but please be advised all delivery times are estimates.
Exchanges/Returns
We know you’ll love your goodies — but if they’re not quite right, just send them back for a full refund.
You’ve got 7 days to decide if it’s right for you — just let us know within 7 days of receiving your order if you’d like to return it.
As long as you have not worn, damaged or used the product you can return your order to us in its original condition and packaging.
A full refund will be issued (i.e the price you originally paid for the product not including postage) as soon as we’ve received the item & checked it. You will receive a notification via email as soon as your refund has been processed.
If you simply want to exchange for a different size or there is a fault with your item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We will contact you to arrange an exchange.
*You must contact us before returning any items for exchange/refund.
*The refund policy does not extend to sale items.
*Mystery Bear Boxes are not exchangeable/refundable.

Any products returned to us that have been stained by make-up, scented by deodorant or perfume whilst being tried on,
washed, or have been damaged by you on receipt cannot be refunded. The product is your responsibility until it reaches us.
We recommend that you use a service that insures the value of the product.
