Our t-shirts/jumpers are measured in CM and the measurements are taken when the t-shirt is laid flat (armpit to armpit).

80% cotton, 20% polyester. Fleece brushed inside.
Wash inside out at 30c and iron on reverse. Please don't tumble dry me!

All orders are printed on demand with excessive amounts of love at DFTB HQ in Yorkshire, UK and shipped worldwide.
We send them out using Royal Mail's Tracked service (you'll get a tracking link in your dispatch email).

Exchanges/Returns
We know you’ll love your goodies — but if they’re not quite right, just send them back for a full refund.
You’ve got 7 days to decide if it’s right for you — just let us know within 7 days of receiving your order if you’d like to return it.
As long as you have not worn, damaged or used the product you can return your order to us in its original condition and packaging.
A full refund will be issued (i.e the price you originally paid for the product not including postage) as soon as we’ve received the item & checked it. You will receive a notification via email as soon as your refund has been processed.
If you simply want to exchange for a different size or there is a fault with your item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We will contact you to arrange an exchange.
*You must contact us before returning any items for exchange/refund.
*The refund policy does not extend to sale items.
*Mystery Bear Boxes are not exchangeable/refundable.

Any products returned to us that have been stained by make-up, scented by deodorant or perfume whilst being tried on, washed, or have been damaged by you on receipt cannot be refunded. The product is your responsibility until it reaches us.
We recommend that you use a service that insures the value of the product.

Material feels lovley and soft , beautifully packaged
I bought as birthday box and included a card with personilized message , t towel and chocolate bar. Graphics on t shirt really clear , I chose cycling bear for my son
Nice enough hat, dispatched fairly promptly, but it has a pulled thread near the label (so, visible and annoying) which they ignored my email about. Both these elements would put me off ordering again.

This was part of my husbands Father’s Day pressie. He adores bears, croissants and coffee so it was a no-brainer!
As a new customer I was getting a little concerned when it hadn’t turned up the Thursday before based on what I thought I’d read as delivery in 5-7 working days. I emailed to see if this would still arrive in time and noticed while checking your website that it’s actually a despatch time of 5-7 days (my bad!). Despite this, I had a lovely email response from Tom saying it was ready to go but that he’d send it next day delivery to make sure it arrived in time. How lovely?! The t-shirt arrived the next day, packaged beautifully. It’s wonderful and excellent quality. My husband literally adores it, so much so he’s saving it’s first wear until we are on holiday 🥹 Fantastic customer service, thank you so very very much x
Gorgeous t-shirt pack, DFTB make quality products with care! I ordered a Papa Bear & Bear Cub t-shirt pack but as we have 3 kids (including twins), I needed to order more t-shirts in different sizes & colours. I noted the requirements when ordering & everything arrived well in time for Father’s Day. Our Papa Bear was chuffed to bits, cheers. Highly recommend 🐻
Its much more of an emerald green than the teal it looks on the photo, nevertheless my granddaughter loves it. The packaging, quality and sizing of the item are perfect. Have now bought 3, more to come I think!
