Designed by Lucy and hand printed by Tom in our South Yorkshire studio. All orders are gift wrapped in our awesome DFTBs paper and delivered in biodegradable packaging.

*Bear Boxes are not refudable - However, you can exchange the t-shirt/jumper you've upgraded (you can swap for a different size/colour/design)
80% cotton, 20% polyester. Fleece brushed inside.
Wash inside out at 30c and iron on reverse. Please don't tumble dry me!

All orders are printed on demand with excessive amounts of love at DFTB HQ in Yorkshire, UK and shipped worldwide.
We send them out using Royal Mail's Tracked service (you'll get a tracking link in your dispatch email).

All orders are gift wrapped in super cool Don't Feed the Bears tissue paper and posted to you in a biodegradable paper mailer (it's super strong & waterproof too)
Exchanges/Returns
We know you’ll love your goodies — but if they’re not quite right, just send them back for a full refund.
You’ve got 7 days to decide if it’s right for you — just let us know within 7 days of receiving your order if you’d like to return it.
As long as you have not worn, damaged or used the product you can return your order to us in its original condition and packaging.
A full refund will be issued (i.e the price you originally paid for the product not including postage) as soon as we’ve received the item & checked it. You will receive a notification via email as soon as your refund has been processed.
If you simply want to exchange for a different size or there is a fault with your item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We will contact you to arrange an exchange.
*You must contact us before returning any items for exchange/refund.
*The refund policy does not extend to sale items.
*Mystery Bear Boxes are not exchangeable/refundable.

Any products returned to us that have been stained by make-up, scented by deodorant or perfume whilst being tried on,
washed, or have been damaged by you on receipt cannot be refunded. The product is your responsibility until it reaches us.
We recommend that you use a service that insures the value of the product.
